Beef Veg Rice Bowls

Ingredients
- 300 g 300 g Lean ground beef (raw and crumbled)
- 150 g 150 g Basmati rice (rinsed)
- 150 g 150 g No Name Frozen Mixed Vegetables (frozen)
- 100 g 100 g No Name Yellow Onions (diced)
- 1 /8 bulb 1/8 bulb Garlic (minced)
- 10 ml 10 ml Canola oil (ready to cook)

Cook rice: Cook 150 g rinsed basmati rice with 300 ml tap water until tender. Keep it covered while the beef finishes. 2. Brown beef and onion: Heat 10 ml canola oil in a skillet. Cook 300 g crumbled beef with 100 g diced onion until the beef is browned. 3. Add vegetables: Stir in 1/8 bulb minced garlic and 150 g frozen mixed vegetables. Add a splash of tap water and cook until the vegetables are hot, then serve over rice.
