Potsticker Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
- 220 g 220 g Frozen potstickers (frozen)
- 150 g 150 g Bok choy, napa, or cabbage (shredded)
- 80 g 80 g No Frills Carrots (thinly sliced)
- 80 g 80 g No Name Yellow Onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 /6 bulb 1/6 bulb Garlic (minced)
- 10 ml 10 ml Canola oil (ready to cook)

Start soup base: Heat 10 ml canola oil in a pot. Cook 80 g sliced onion, 80 g sliced carrots, and 1/6 bulb minced garlic for 3 minutes. 2. Simmer potstickers: Add 900 ml tap water and bring to a steady simmer. Add 220 g frozen potstickers and cook until tender, about 7 minutes. 3. Add cabbage: Stir in 150 g shredded cabbage and simmer until just softened. Ladle the soup into two bowls while the dumplings are hot.
