Sweet Garlic Beef Rice Bowls

Ingredients
- 350 g 350 g Lean ground beef (raw and crumbled)
- 150 g 150 g Basmati rice (rinsed)
- 100 g 100 g No Name Yellow Onions (diced)
- 1 /8 bulb 1/8 bulb Garlic (minced)
- 20 g 20 g Granulated sugar (measured)
- 10 ml 10 ml Canola oil (ready to cook)

Cook rice: Simmer 150 g rinsed basmati rice with 300 ml tap water until tender. Cover and let it steam off the heat while the beef cooks. 2. Brown beef: Heat 10 ml canola oil in a skillet. Add 350 g crumbled beef and 100 g diced onion, then cook until the beef is browned and the onion softens. 3. Glaze and serve: Stir in 1/8 bulb minced garlic, 20 g sugar, and 60 ml tap water. Cook until glossy, then spoon the beef over the rice.
